Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at tigerandbunny522@gmail.com before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Personalized & Custom Items

Personalized, customized, made-to-order, or specially prepared items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been prepared, personalized, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
